SECURITY
We take every precaution to operate a safe environment for the
public and our employees. All of the scenes have a behind-the-scenes passageways,
where the show is supervised by an adult supervisor. In addition to
a supervisor and security staff, we also have police officers patrolling
the passageways. In addition, we have a state-of-art CCTV camera system
monitoring the entire attraction.
RULES
- No touching of the Monsters and props
- No running, shoving or pushing will be permitted inside the attraction
- The use of flashlights, lighters, or matches is strictly prohibited
- No cameras or videotaping permitted
- Masks can not be worn while inside the attraction

ANYWAY AND YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
PARENTAL GUIDELINES
We do not recommend our attraction for children under the age of seven.
Please understand that the show may be too intense for children who
cannot discern fantasy from the reality of what appears to be happening.
You certainly know your own child better than anyone, so we suggest
you bring young children at your own discretion.
We do reserve the right to ask you to exit with your children if your
child becomes too frightened to finish the attraction. Our actors have
been instructed not to pursue a child who is not dealing well with
the experience. We do not offer refunds for anyone who cannot make
it through our attraction after entering.
